Then if you win money from the person holding the competion has the amount of mney that they said they were going to give to you deducted from their cash wizard you are then given the money i took out of their cashwizard and i add it to yours.
(ex. coolgirl567 wins the competion wolflover9 offers to give her 400 DP coins because she won coolgirl567 get 400 DP added to her account and wolfover9 gets 400 DP deducted from her account)
